• It used to be you had to buy very expensive vibrators if you wanted a vibrating table.  We know, we’ve sold these expensive models for over a decade at Expressions-LTD.  However, there are now many inexpensive options that do a super job, and for a fraction of the cost you have more money to spend on getting a few extra of these vibrators, which is helpful in a lot of precast and concrete forming so you can throw a little vibrator unit onto the side of a mold or form, in addition to mounting to a table for every-day use.
• Available in multiple wattage sizes (larger = stronger vibration for larger area)
• NOTE: Most of these don’t come with an electrical plug on the end- just wires.  This is ideal for you to wire to a light switch, for easy flipping on and off.  Some customers have even found dimmable light switches or ceiling fan control switches can work to run the vibrators at variable speed.
• Use when precasting concrete to get a smoother finish, greater density, and faster pouring.
• *TIP: When using a vibrator unit, it will be directional- meaning one unit mounted to one end of a table will ‘pull’ the concrete in that direction. For best results, use two vibrator units at opposite ends of the table, one mounted 180 degrees (opposite operating direction) from the other, which will cancel each others ‘pull’ and will create a lateral, or up-and-down vibration, which is ideal for concrete.
• *TABLE MAKING TIP: To make the ultimate concrete casting table, make a metal table and use air bag suspension to isolate the top casting deck of the table, from the legs and frame (and mount the vibrator(s) to the top casting deck).  Air Suspension such as these on Amazon: https://amzn.to/3pQLRFU.  These air bags not only contain the vibration to the top where you need it, but they also allow you to change the PSI in each independently, so you can perfectly level the table top in seconds.
